I would also like to ask you this question – I was the woman who asked about the garlic and you said you don’t add the rubbed outside of the meat when you shred it, so I should be OK. I was!! The pulled pork was incredible. We have leftovers and are parceling it out so we can continue to enjoy it. I am wondering if you ever sell smoked brisket outside of special events? I would very much love to get some for us to enjoy. Again – no garlic, of course. This was the first bbq I have been able to enjoy since developing this allergy five years ago. Given that smoked meat is my favorite, I felt like I had gone to heaven!!
