We asked Mr.BBQ911 aka Gary Stephens to cater our annual 4th of July party. We ordered the Corn, Mac and Cheese, Brisket and Ribs. Everything was perfect. He brought the food right on time and we were able to serve it hot. He delivered what he promised, we had more than enough food for our guests. The guests went back for seconds and we still had leftovers (no complaints about eating those leftovers). I would recommend Mr. BBQ911 not only for his food, which was outstanding, but he was really easy to work with. I want to thank you Gary for taking the stress out of entertaining by providing excellent food and service.
